When Create Supplier Account From Supplier Contact Directory By Updating Contact Show OAException (Doc ID 1913754.1)

When attempting to update existing contact and mark Option 'Create User Account for this Contact'
the following error occurs.

Unexpected error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Supplier Administration page
2. Search for Supplier
3. Click on Update
4. Click on 'Contact Directory' => Update
5. Mark Option 'Create User Account for this Contact'
6. Get unexpected error
