Auto Packing Functionality Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 1913892.1)

Goal

Auto packing functionality in WSH(not using WMS) is not working as expected. Different items should be packed in different boxes using autopacking.

Setups done to replicate

  Create Two FG items FG1 and FG2
  Create a container item BOX1
  Create container load relation ship (N) Order Management --> Shipping --> Setups --> Container Load relationship
  Both FG's can be packed in container BOX1, with max quantity as 5
  In shipping parameter 'Percent Fill Basis' is set as 'Quantity'


Transactions done

  Create one sales order with FG1 quantity as 7 and FG2 quantity as 3
  Book the order
  Go to shipping transaction form
  Autopack the lines
  Now system creates two Master LPN and pack item FG1 quantity 5 in one and in other pack 2 of FG1 and 3 of FG2.


In case there are more number of items system is packing different items in one box.
