Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Expenditure Processing

When attempting to import labor costs from Oracle Time and Labor the PAXTRTRX module: PRC: Transaction Import process encounters the following rejections:
 

NO_ASSIGNMENT



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Submit the PAXTRTRX : PRC: Transaction Import for transaction source: Oracle Time and Labor
2. Seven lines for employes #123456 are rejected with the NO_ASSIGNMENT rejection
