R12: AP: Upgraded Supplier Records With Allow Withholding Tax Field Checked in R11i are Unchecked in R12 (Doc ID 1914173.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from 11i to R12,the supplier Allow Tax Withholding checkbox is un-checked in R12, but in 11i the checkbox is checked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The supplier allows tax withholding checkbox should be checked after upgrade to R12.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(a)Log in Payables responsibility
(b)Navigate to Supplier > Entry, search and open an upgraded supplier
(c)the supplier allows tax withholding checkbox is un-checked in R12, but in 11i the checkbox is checked.
