R12.1.3 - Accessing Claims On The Claims Page Updated By API ozf_claim_pub.update_claim_line_tbl Error With ORA-01722 Invalid Number (Doc ID 1914304.1)

Symptoms

API ozf_claim_pub.update_claim_line_tbl has been modified to use custom code which will clear the claims line reference to the Invoice.  The API completes successfully but when the user navigates to the Claims page and tries to open the updated claim, the page fails with the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create custom code which updates claims using API ozf_claim_pub.update_claim_line_tbl.
2. Run the API
3. Naviage to the Trade Management Claims page and try to open the updated claim
4. Error occurs
