API Error When Creating SR For Estates (Doc ID 1914381.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 -

When creating a Service Request using a service request type that has the "Asset Maintenance" checkbox checked, the following error occurs:


ERROR
-----------

  API Error (CS_ServiceRequest_PVT.Update_ServiceRequest):
  The value for parameter Maint_organization_id cannot be "NULL".

* Bottom of the form:

  FRM-41085: Error getting Group Row count.

STEPS
----------
(R) Service
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center
 - Query customer
 - Navigate to the SR Tab

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
- Other SR Types work fine.
- Querying a SR with that SR Type works fine. The error occurs only with this SR Type when creating a SR.
