Customer claims that they end dated the currently assigned strategies and created new strategies. Then when they ran the IEX: Strategy Management concurrent program, the strategies already assigned to the customers changed to the new strategies even though the score didn't change in most cases. The old strategies that were assigned were closed and any remaining work items that were not complete were deleted.
They expected the old strategy to remain assigned to the customer and remain open until completion of the work items. Then if the customer was still delinquent, the new strategy would be assigned. And the new strategy should only be assigned to customers that did not yet have a strategy.
