XML POs Are Erring At PO Xml Delivery When Buyer Is End-dated (Doc ID 1914661.1)

On : 12.1.3 version

This issue only occurs when a buyer has a termination date. For example the buyer resigns effective 16 Jan so they should continue to be an active employee until 17 Jan, but the error occurs on the final day of employment - 16 Jan.  This happens when there is any change of person type; for example, from Employee to Employee.Applicant. This issue occurs  only on the day prior to the person type change.
