When attempting to close the Projects period ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The Cost Collector has not processed this transaction. It will be processed when the Cost Collector program is run for the organization

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. NAV. to GL periods for closing > select period for closing
2. Select Period  > Getting message do you want to close > click yes
