Information in this document applies to any platform.
An employee was paid in an off-cycle payroll for some PTO and other earnings. Two periods later, Retropay created negative entries for this payment for no known reason.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Paid employee for regular earnings
2. Paid employee with off-cycle payment
3. Ran Retropay and regular payroll 2 periods later and it created negative retro entries related to the off-cycle payment
