Unable To Set the Unit of Issue for Items in Oracle Product Hub (EGO)

When attempting to update the Unit of Issue item attribute through WebADI Upload feature, the following error occurs.
The problem occurs when there is an item specific Inter-Class UOM Conversion between the item primary UOM and the UOM to be set as Unit of Issue. It works fine when setting the item primary UOM as Unit of Issue.
It does not work in Item Overview of Oracle Product Hub application (EGO) either, where the expected UOM does not show up in the list of values for field Unit of Issue.
The same works fine through the Item desktop Item Master / Inventory form.
"Enter a valid value for the column: Item Organization : Unit of Issue"
The issue can be replicated per the below steps:
1. Go to Item Advanced Search
Search on the item number, seelct the Display Format
Select and export the item
2. In EGO Bulkload Integrator page:
Set the Viewer and click Next
3. In the MS Excel sheet:
Populate the field "Item Organization : Unit of Issue"
4. See the upload completed with Error
5. See the reported error in column Messages of the MS Excel sheet
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain the Unit of Issue item attribute in Oracle Product Hub application.
