Interest should not be calculated for Freight And Miscellaneous Invoice Distribution Types. The scenarios are as follows:

1. A single distribution invoice with the invoice distribution type of "Freight" - not expected to generate interest, even if paid past due date. No interest invoice should be generated.

2. A single distribution invoice with the invoice distribution type of "Miscellaneous" - not expected to generate interest, even if paid past due date. No interest invoice should be generated.

3. A multiple distribution invoice with the invoice distribution types of  "Item" and "Freight" - expected to generate interest but only for the distribution type of "Item"

4. A multiple distribution invoice with the invoice distribution types of "Item" and "Miscellaneous" - expected to generate interest but only for the line type of "Item"

5. A multiple distribution invoice with the invoice distribution types of "Item", "Freight" and "Miscellaneous" - expected to generate interest but only for the dist type of "Item"
