Symptoms

The Journal entry contains only Debits or only Credits, totaling zero, and no Rounding Differences Tracking Account is defined.
When attempting to run Posting program the following error occurs.

ERROR
PERF0005: Oracle error detected in glpcjl() - ORA-01403: no data found
and
PPOS0002: Posting terminated with fatal errors
