New Pre-Tax Deduction element does not produce an error if the employee does not earn enough to cover the deduction amount. It does not take anything for the new element and it still processes in the run.
How do you set up the Pre tax Deduction element so it ends in error if the employee does not have enough earnings to collect the element?
Can you suggest a change so that Payroll is made aware of this situation when it occurs?
