ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to cancel a sales order that was created through iStore that contains a promotional goods item find not all lines on the order are getting cancelled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all lines on the order to be cancelled as the order is being entirely cancelled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create order from iStore that contains a promotional goods item.
2. Cancel the sales order.
3. See not all lines are cancelled. Order header is in cancelled status but line 3.1 remains at Awaiting Shipping.
