Search by Last 4 Digits of Credit Card not Working in Order Tracker
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to find orders in order tracker when search criteria uses 'Last 4 digits of Credit Card Number'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit credit card order from iStore
2. Go to order tracker, search with criteria
Last 4 digits of Credit Card Number = ####
3. no results returned
