YTD Depreciation Showing Wrong Values On Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report and Tax Reserve Ledger Report (Doc ID 1916214.1)

Symptoms

Reserve Detail Reports such as the following:

Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report  FAS400
Tax Reserve Ledger Report FAS480
Account Reconciliation Reserve Ledger Report FAS822

show incorrect Year To Date (YTD) amounts for assets that have had transfers and / or reclasses done during the same fiscal year that the report is run for, except the post transfer / reclass YTD amounts are being shown on the report which is causing the YTD totals to be incorrect.
