When viewing the details of an incomplete requisition, there is no delete button to remove the requisition.
Requisition with ‘Incomplete’ Status never approved. The ‘delete’ button is available.
Requisition with ‘Incomplete’ Status previously approved. The ‘delete’ button is NOT available.
From: Approved Requisition Can Be Deleted From iProcurement <NOTE:1458401.1> the code has been fixed to handle the deletion and encumbrance entries. Are you saying that we cannot now due to it having an approval action?
If we can't delete these how are supposed to get rid of incomplete requisitions that will never be used?..regardless of previous approval actions.
When viewing the details of an incomplete requisition, expects to see the delete button to remove the requisition.
You can delete them in the Core Forms. The issue is we are not deploying Core Forms so having this only available in Core Forms is NOT acceptable.
Again I reiterate as per <NOTE:1458401.1> , We should be allowed to delete incomplete requisitions after they have been approved. If you are not permitted to delete those with approval history then they should be able to be cancelled!
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement
2. Open an Incomplete requisition
3. See no delete button.
