On : 12.1.3 version, Approvals - Req, PO
When attempting to approve a Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA) with 'Requires Reapproval' status, the following error occurs:

Error: Amount released is more than the Amount Agreed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the GBPA in the Enter PO form
2. Click on the approve button
