iSupport Administrator: Error "Connection has already been closed." When Clicking on User > Responsibilities

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to view responsibilities for a User in the Personal Profile page, the following error occurs.
java.sql.SQLException: Connection has already been closed.
Steps To Reproduce:
(R) iSupport Administrator
- Query a User
- Click on Responsibilities link
=> Error appears.
