Payables Open Interface Import Program Ends With Invalid Requester Error If First Name Is Null (Doc ID 1916716.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Open Interface and Inv Import


Payables Open Interface Import program ends with Invalid Requester error if the employee(requester_id) does not have 'first name' in per_people_f table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Load data in AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE, AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE table with requester_id which does not have first_name in per_people_f table.

2. Log on Applications as Payables Responsibility

3. Run Payables Open Interface Import

4. The request ends with Invalid Requester Error
