On : 12.1.3 version,
Customer reports that the attributes setup in iSupport SR's are not populating the SR's in Teleservice
The extended attributes should also show in SR's
Steps to Reproduce
1. isupport > create SR attributes
2. open SR in Teleservice > check SR > attributes not available
3. Attributes ok in iSupport
