Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
iProcurement Line Description won't be synchronized with latest revised Blanket Purchase Agreement Line Description in core purchasing if Blanket Purchase Agreement Line Description is updated with another language.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
iProcurement Line Description should be synchronized with latest revised Blanket Purchase Agreement Line Description in core purchasing across all languages.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Application with language = English, create Blanket Purchase Agreement in core purchasing with one-time item, save and approve successfully.
e.g. BPA Line Description = Line 1 test
2. Go back to Homepage and click on Preferences > select Default Application Language as e.g. “German”  > Apply
3. Go to Homepage and Logout of the application > re-login the session is changed to German > navigate to core Purchasing > query Blanket Purchase Agreement in step 1> update Blanket Purchase Agreement Line Description to new value:

e.g.Revise to test German Language Line 1 test > save and Blanket Purchase Agreement revision increased > re-approve Blanket Purchase Agreement.
4. Switch to iProcurement > Click on the Catalog Language link
a) Select English from drop down list and apply > search for the Blanket Purchase Agreement in step 1 in SSS content
- Line Description still shows as old value e.g. Line 1 test (which is non-synchronized with core purchasing Blanket Purchase Agreement Line Description)
b)change the Catalog Language to German(Deutch) and apply > search for the Blanket Purchase Agreement in SSS content
- Line Description shows as new value e.g. Revise to test German Language Line 1 test

* Expectation: With multiple languages, expect Blanket Purchase Agreement Line Description in iProcurement always display the new revised Blanket Purchase Agreement Lline Description across all languages.
Which means :
Navigate to iProcurement>select English-Blanket Purchase Agreement Line Description should show Line Description as new value e.g. " Revise to test German Language Line 1 test "
