Order Release Inbound Transmission Fails When XIDs Are Left Empty For The BNG To Create Them (Doc ID 1916851.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to create new Order Release by using xml via Integration Manager using default BNG to create the XIDs, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Exception Cannot update the SHIP_UNIT_LINE record. ORDER_RELEASE_LINE_GID must reference a valid ORDER_RELEASE_LINE record.
java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_SUL_ORLGID) violated - parent key not found

In the above error:
SUL = Shipment Unit Line
ORL = Order Release Line
