PERWSTEM APP-PER-449743 Unable to Change Employee Final Process Date

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Core HR - General

When attempting to change the final process date on termination form,
the following error occurs.

ERRORS
-----------------------
The date cannot be left blank because "a later period of service exists" (APP-PER-449743)
and it cannot be changed to be equal to the ATI start date because it must be "later than or equal to the date of already completed payroll actions" (APP-PER-449742).
When using the last date of completed payroll actions, an error states that "You cannot change the Final Process date to cause non-overlapping periods of service to overlap" (APP-PER-449744).


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super Navigator
2. Query for an employee on people enter and maintain
3. Others --End Employment
