Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

Getting Error while opening Policy->Expense Fields->Miscellaneous

We are getting error while click on Policy Page, here is the navigation path

Responsibility -> Internet Expenses setup and administration -> Internet Expenses Setup
Tab: Policy->Expense Fields->Miscellaneous

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility -> Internet Expenses setup and administration -> Internet Expenses Setup
Tab: Policy->Expense Fields->Miscellaneous
2. click on Policy Page
3. get error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set up policy schedules.
