Symptoms
In 12.1.3 Sourcing
The Set Aside type of Small Business is not checked on the Solicitation PDF and Award PDF file even when Small Business is specified as the Set Aside Type in the online application. Solicitation PDF and Award PDF both correctly show the Set Aside checkbox as checked, but do not show which Set Aside type was chosen online in the application.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to Sourcing
2. Specify Set Aside details for Solicitation, and also specify the same for Award
Set Aside status = Set Aside
Set Aside Type = Small Business Set Aside - Total
Set Aside Percent = 100
3. View the PDF formatted Solication (or award)
Block 10 shows
THIS ACQUISITION IS [ ] UNRESTRICTED OR [X] SET ASIDE: 100 % FOR
[ ] SMALL BUSINESS [ ] WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS...

As shown here, the checkbox for [X] SMALL BUSINESS is NOT checked above
