Symptoms

On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.0.3 version,

You are creating Transactions and find that after you save, Taxes are not calculated.

The transaction is registered to calculate taxes and tax setup was done to calculate taxes.

Transactions created for other customers calculate taxes without problems.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions
Create a transaction
Save the transaction
Review transaction lines and observe the taxes are not calculated
