Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.2 version,
rapidInstall fails 'Validate Completed Installation'
with a database connection failure:
ERROR:
ORA-12541: TNS:no listener
AutoConfig was unable to generate listener.ora from the database due to connection failure
ERRORCODE = 1 ERRORCODE_END
.end std out.
Could Not Find E:\R12\VIS\fs1\inst\apps\VIS_scmvtdeverp02\ora\10.1.2\network\admin\listener.ora.db
