Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version, Material Move Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Move orders are getting created in Pending approval status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to create the move order in Approved status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory>>Move order
2. Enter detail in the Move order form
3. Move order status is 'Pending approval'
