Getting Error "Transaction Process Error" When Transacting The Move Order (Doc ID 1917905.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to transact Move Order, the following error occurs.

ERROR
The material pick release and pick confirm process completed with errors.This item is defined as being lot indivisible.
For this reason the entire lot quantity must be used. The system does not permit indivisible lots to be divided.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create and Book a Sales Order
2. Specify Over Ship Tolerance for the line and manually split the line before Pick releasing the SO
3. Pick Release the Sales Order
4. Transact the Move Order and the above error appears
