FLSA Overtime Premium Element Not Processing For Employees

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, FLSA Overtime

Overtime Premium element not calculating for employees in PRODUCTION

We checked for the employee setups,employee has a job assigned and the FLSA code for the job is Non-Exempt. The issue is still there.

Expect the Overtime Premium Element to process for the employees

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Created new Overtime Period Definition
Assigned it to the Payroll
Confirmed the employee's Job is Non-Exempt

Regular Time and Overtime Base elements feed FLSA Allocated Hours and FLSA Allocated Earnings

Run QuickPay

Overtime Premium element is not processed

The Processed Box is not checked on the element entry screen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot pay the employees the Overtime Premium
