On PAYWSACT, Error Occurs When Attempting To Change The Period after a query has done. (Doc ID 1918005.1)

Symptoms

On Applications 12.1.3 with R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.7(HRMS 12.1 RUP7) applied.
On Payroll Processes(PAYWSACT) form, after one query has done, don't close the form,
the following issues happen.

Symptom 1)Change the Period, following errors occur.

ERROR
-----------------------
(Selecting from LOV causes error FRM-41830.)
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.
 
(Retyping causes error FRM-40212.)
FRM-40212: Invalid value for field D_PERIOD_FROM_ID. Or FRM-40212: Invalid value for field D_PERIOD_TO_ID.

Steps
-----------------------
1. Navigate to View --> Payroll Process Results
2. Select the payroll, From and To period
3. Click on Find, the records are displayed correctly
4. Don't close the form and now change the From and To period


Symptom 2)Don't reset the search condition of "Payroll", reset "Action Type" or just move the cursor on "Action Type" field,
then search again. The results contain all the payrolls.

Steps

1. Navigate to View --> Payroll Process Results
2. Select the payroll and the action type
3. Click on Find, the records are displayed correctly
4. Don't close the form and now change the action type or move the cursor on "Action Type" field
5. Click on Find button
