Symptoms
On Applications 12.1.3 in UAE Environment - PRODUCTION :
When attempting to run Cheque writer (generic) for UAE responsibility, the following error occurs.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Run payroll processing
2. Run CHEQUE_WRITER_GEN module: Cheque Writer (generic) in UAE
3. see error
4. I tested the Cheque writer using "UAE Cheque Category", the issue still persists
