On 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Self Service Benefits
Find that attachments which are added in SSBEN during enrollment, does not highlight in forms when viewed by benefit administrator i.e. when there is an attachment, the paper clip on the top doesn't change to "clip with paper" image similar to all other application.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process employee and enclose an attachment in SSBEN
2. > Goto 'View Person Life Events' form, query for the employee,
> Goto Life Events tab, place the cursor in the Life Event record
3. The paper clip icon does not highlight showing that there is an attachment.
