Symptom 1:

Using Purchasing, when entering the purchase order summary - the item description is not visible to the user.
Exporting also renders the item description as null and not viewable in the exported results.

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Purchase Order Summary - query back the purchasing line data
3. Find the item description is not present in the purchase order summary.

Symptom 2: 

When attempting to Update Purchase Order in Buyer work Center, the following error occurs.
