Symptoms
When attempting to link a Work Request to an express Work Order the following error occurs.
ERROR
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.ClassCastException: oracle.apps.eam.workorder.server.ExpressWorkOrderAMImpl cannot be cast to oracle.apps.eam.workutil.server.EAMERESHandlerAMImpl

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps after applying patches 18302300 and 16010797:
1. Log in to using EAM SUPERUSER, Home page > Work Orders Tab
2. From the Work Orders Tab click on Sub-Menu EXPRESS WORK ORDERS
3. When in the Express Work Order (entering the work order) > Click on the magnifying glass for the WORK REQUEST field to search for Work Request number
4. Error
Changes
Patches 18302300 and 16010797 were applied.
