Inability to view a new item in Iprocurement
Created a new supplier and item. Added the item to the Approved Supplier List. Created a quote for the new supplier and added the item. The item is not visible in Iprocurement. Issue started occurring after a Database Upgrade. Existing Items on Approved Supplier List and quotes prior to the upgrade are shown in iProcurement without issue
Expect the item to be visible in iProcurement like they were prior to the upgrade.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create item, Put on Approved Supplier List and then on Quote
2. Search item in iProcurement and no results are returned
