Unable To Select Payment Method in Advanced Payment Page (Doc ID 1918714.1)

On : 12.1.3

iReceivables Advanced Payment page does not have drop down to select Payment Method.

There is no option to select 'Previously Saved Credit Card' or 'New Credit Card.' 
Not even the same options for Bank Account like 'Previously Saved Bank Account' or 'New Bank Account'.

The LOV does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  iReceivables 2.0 Internal
Navigation:  Customers > Query customer
Go To:  Site > Account Summary
Select Overdue Receivables > Account Details
Select invoice > Click Pay
No option to select payment method

Due to this issue, users cannot select a payment method from the Advanced Payment page in order to make a payment.
