Issue With Absence Duration Calculation Decimal Places

(Doc ID 1918741.1)

Last updated on APRIL 11, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Human Resources - Version 12.1 HRMS RUP6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In the Absence Form when applying for a Hourly based Leave, it is observed that, the duration hours calculated for a day is rounded up to 2 decimal places, which means a greater number is used for adjustment.

Expect that, when applying for a hourly based leave, the duration hours calculated for a day is not rounded up to 2 decimal places and the adjustment is calculated based on the actual duration rather than the greater number.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

     1. Login using "HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

     2. Navigate to function "Absence Management".

     3. Apply for a day of leave using "Hourly" based leave.

     4. Observe that, the duration hours calculated rounded of using greater number.
