Repair Manager Portal - No ROs Shown In Details Page If Change 'View Inventory Org' (Doc ID 1918798.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order Management

In Repair Manager Portal - No Repair Orders shown in Details page if Change 'View Inventory Org' from defaulted value.
The Defaulted value is the organization specified in the profile "CSD:Default Repair Inventory Org".
If 'View Inventory Org' is changed, then clicked on 'Go' and after that clicked on the hyperlink under the Number (under Total or Past Due or any other column )
Then the next page brings back no repair orders.

Expect to be able to drilldown to the repair order detail after changing the org in 'View Inventory Org'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Depot Repair Manager >
2. Repair Manager Portal >
3. 'View Inventory Org' is defaulted to Seattle Manufacturing
4. Able to Drilldown from the number link
5. Now change 'View Inventory Org' to Dallas Manufacturing
6. Now drilldown and it did not bring back any repair orders.
