TeleService: Error "FRM-40654: Record Has Been Updated" When Updating SR Header or Creating a New Note (Doc ID 1918981.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new Note or updating the Service Request header, the following error occurs:

Error:

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request

 - Update the SR Header or create a new Note.
 => Error appears.
