Symptoms

When attempting to Find Shipping Options in a Quote with "Hazardous" Radio button selected the following message shows up:
Sorry, we have found no rate and route offering that matches your inquiry.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Brokerage and Forwarding > Quote > "Quote Request" Tab > "Find Shipping Options" Button

Due to this issue, users cannot get a Quote as expected..
