ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After creating a Custom Mobile Field Service responsibility, user still cannot find this responsibility in LOV when running concurrent program: Manages Mobile Users

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to find the created Custom Mobile Field Service Responsibility

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Custom Mobile Field Service responsibility
2. Run Concurrent program: Manages Mobile Users, try to select the created responsibility from LOV
