Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions
 
In WMS enabled organization, receipt transaction for RMA entered via Mobile completes successfully, but when doing the Inspection via ERES or via standard Receiving Transactions form, Quality plan fails with error:


Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Receiving transactions form RCVTXERT .
Search for RMA.
Save Inspect record for RMA.
