Symptoms

When attempting to transfer a cost in the PAXTRAPE Expenditure Inquiry form for Project to project the following error occurs.

  - able to transfer for other projects.
  - is happening for this one employee.
  - Example: start date of the employee is effective 2 mar 2014
  and
    the expenditures date is from 3 Mar 2014.

ERROR
-----------------------

100 (PATC_MSG_TOKEN1=) (PATC_MSG_TOKEN2= ) (PATC_MSG_TOKEN3= )

Login to PC Super User -->
  Expenditures->Project Number -> Task ->click on exclude net zero items ->
  select the items ->Tools- > Transfer->Project -> task
