Beneficiaries Missing in Self Service that are Available in the Internal Forms (Doc ID 1919468.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version of Oracle Advanced Benefits,

Beneficiaries are available from the internal enrollment forms but not shown in Self-Service > Benefits. This issue happens on some employees.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service and select the Benefits function.
2. Advance to the Dependents and Beneficiaries page. (all dependents and beneficiaries are display)
3. Click the button to "Update Enrollments" and continue to the Update Beneficiaries page.

Two of the dependents are missing here.
