Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Concurrent Processing, Concurrent Manager issues

R12 Library error in System Log File.

Standard Managers are not able to stay up, and crash every few minutes.

Below are the error messages logged in the concurrent manager log file:

Found dead process: spid=(20215), cpid=(2882459), ORA pid=(5574), manager=(0/1563)
No such process
CONC-SM CLIENT ERROR (ROUTINE=afpsmckp) (SM_NAME=FNDSM_BSPOFIN06_PROD) (ERROR=1)
13-FEB-2014 11:12:54 - Could not submit job to kill concurrent process
2882458: Oracle error 100: ORA-01403: no data found has been detected in
FND_CONC_RAC_UTILS.SUBMIT_MANAGER_KILL_SESSION.

Found dead process: spid=(20214), cpid=(2882458), ORA pid=(1932), manager=(0/1563)
No such process
