Symptoms
On Release 12.1.3 , Drill down from GL to FA is not working for depreciation journals.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to drill down all the transactions
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Query Depreciation journal category from General ledger
2) Pick up a journal line and do the line drill down
