Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to change the 'Request_Date' using the Order Import concurrent process the 'Schedule_Ship_Date' (SSD) is being re-defaulted/rescheduled even when Order Management (OM) system parameter 'Reschedule with Request Date Change' is set to 'NO'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that when the 'Request_Date' is being modified using the Order Import concurrent process the 'Schedule_Ship_Date' (SSD) not be be re-defaulted/rescheduled when OM system parameter 'Reschedule with Request Date Change' is set to 'NO'.

Expect for the functionality available via the Sales Order form to work with the Order Import concurrent process.

STEPS

1.   Order Management (OM) Super User responsibility
2.   Set OM: system parameter 'Reschedule with Request Date Change' to 'No', ATP enabled.
3.   Create a sales order and schedule the line.
4.  Modify 'Request Date' via order import
5.  'Schedule Ship Date' will be changed and Override ATP flag is cleared.

If you manually update the 'Request_Date' using the sales order form, the 'Schedule_Ship_Date' is not updated.
